Sort of depends upon her background, but I would say minimum 200 for the wife and 400 for the husband. However, the husband could negate the loss if he taught said picture takers "a lesson".

I'm still trying to convince my player that she shouldn't put pictures of me as a Sim in my undies on the Internet, and since the only place I exist is in her head, I guess I can't have her taught a lesson.
