Well, I think that as far as a very rough game system goes, everything that we need is here. If anyone has suggestions of anything else to add or work on, speak up! :) With the elimination of complex game mechanics in favor of a story-oriented system, I don't think we have much else to add as far as that goes. I'm going to start fleshing these ideas out over the next few days, which will also give me some time to think over what we have so far.

If people'd like to see if they can run through some character creation stuff, I can try creating a sample introductory adventure so that we have a common basis to work from to get an idea of what works and what doesn't work. I'd eventually also like to test out the difficulty scales for Challenges, and to start thinking about what a good standard for calculating starting Motivation pools at the beginning of each adventure will be.

So to summarize, the To Do list for now:
- Test Challenge difficulty scale
- Determine Motivation pool calculation
- Design sample introduction and module adventure/scenarios
- Test character creation
- Include sample skills and skill usage
- Include sample Exceptional Ability and usage

Anything else?

Samples are good! And properly done, should cover most of the other stuff.

What do you mean by exceptional ability?

Things like telekinetics? Being able to peel the paint off walls by walking intoa room? Seeing dead people? Speaking every known language?

Or just very high ability score?

Exceptional abilities are the first group of examples you gave. They allow characters to perform specific superhuman actions even with poor-low-average ability scores.
